We guarantee what we sell, even if it’s half used. If there is an issue, it will be replaced or money back on prorated cost of item purchased (meaning if it’s half used, you would half credit).

Sorry, we do not stock items at this address. All items a drop shipped to your location with flat fee shipping of $9.50 (whether 1 item or more). If order is more than $70.00, shipping is included,
Troubleshooting printer issues
Trouble shooting over the phone, we charge $25.00 per half hour. If repairs are needed, it is outsourced to local repair shop at $85.00 per hour (subjected to change without notice)
